Download the Cripe app, enter your email and phone number, create a password, and you're in! You'll need to verify your identity (KYC) before sending money.

KYC (Know Your Customer) is identity verification required by financial regulations. It protects you from fraud. It takes 2-5 minutes and you only need to do it once.

For basic verification: a government-issued ID (passport, driver's license, or national ID) and a selfie. For higher limits, you may need proof of address.

Tap 'Send', search for the recipient by Cripe ID, email, or phone number, enter the amount, confirm with your PIN, and done! The money arrives instantly.

Transfers between Cripe users are instant — typically under 2 seconds. Bank withdrawals take 1-3 business days depending on your country.

Sending money to other Cripe users is free! We only charge a small fee (0.5-1.5%) for bank withdrawals.

Limits depend on your verification tier: Tier 1 (phone verified): $500/day. Tier 2 (ID verified): $5,000/day. Tier 3 (enhanced): $50,000/day.

Tap 'Add Money' and choose: debit/credit card (instant, 3.9% fee), bank transfer (1-2 days, lower fees), or UPI (India, instant, 1% fee).
